Thankful to Children's Hospital

We recently were able to work with Children's Hospital for an event they had. We enjoyed working with them and hope they enjoyed their cakes :)

Roulette Table & Wheel

This was a cake for a 50th Birthday party. The roulette table is a chocolate cake with a whipped chocolate buttercream covered in fondant.

The roulette chips are plastic but everything except for the chips are edible.

The roulette wheel does actually spin. It's a carrot cake with a whipped cream cheese filling and frosting. Covered in fondant.

Because the customer was an avid roulette fan the placement of the numbers on wheel were accurate. And the ball landed on the birthday boy's lucky number :)

Birthday for a little Fairy Princess

This is a banana cake with a whipped chocolate buttercream filling. It's a 14 inch round and will feed 40 people. The cake is covered in buttercream. With this cake we were asked to match the design to a fairy princess theme.

We made the details on the side of the cake match some of the specific details for the party. On the side their is a glittery red heart, a princess tiara, a magic wand, purple butterflies, edible pearls and purple polka dots.
