Roulette Table & Wheel

This was a cake for a 50th Birthday party. The roulette table is a chocolate cake with a whipped chocolate buttercream covered in fondant.

The roulette chips are plastic but everything except for the chips are edible.

The roulette wheel does actually spin. It's a carrot cake with a whipped cream cheese filling and frosting. Covered in fondant.

Because the customer was an avid roulette fan the placement of the numbers on wheel were accurate. And the ball landed on the birthday boy's lucky number :)
