This is our Red Velvet Cake. It's filled and covered with a cream cheese frosting. Red Velvet Cake has been a southern favorite for a long time and recently has become very popular in other regions. It's always been a favorite of mine. Who can resist cutting into a white frosted cake and seeing a burst of red? In addition to being a surprise for the eyes it's always moist and delicious.
