Simple Cupcakes
These cupcakes were made for the parents who were coming to a 3 year old's birthday party. They're vanilla cupcakes with a raspberry buttercream. They have small buttercream flavored fondant stars on top.
Explorer Star Cookies
These are sugar cookies decorated with almond flavored royal icing. The eyes are made with a buttercream flavored fondant and black royal icing. They are made to look like "Explorer Stars" for a "Dora" themed birthday party.
They were bagged with 2 in each bag, the back of a cookie to the back of another star cookie.
Snow Princess Dora Cake
This cake was a very special cake for me because it was for my daughter. It's a snow princess "Dora the Explorer" themed cake. All decorations except for Dora are in a buttercream flavored fondant. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
