This is a chocolate cake covered in a vanilla buttercream. The balloon detail is done out of buttercream as well. I hope Abby has a wonderful birthday!
I am so glad I was able to do this cake. Abby gave me a great reaction to the cake when I got there :D Lots of smile and jumping for joy! Made me very happy!
Very pretty. The chocolate with vanilla bettercream icing has been my longtime favorite cake, and Becca does it just right. I have to confess, the more varieties of Becca's blue Bakery cakes I taste, the more new favorites tie with this favorite from childhood. Should we mention Italian Cream?
